Lets hide the poker room upstairs where 90% of the people will never see it. Lets make them do it again to retrieve their money when they leave. Lets make them walk to hell and back to put money on the poker table. It's almost as if the upper management sits around thinking up ways to ensure the new poker room fails. Need to break a hundred for tip money? Take a hike. Same goes for when you want to cash out, you have to hike to a different floor. It's ridiculous to make people walk to a different floor of the casino when they want to play poker.
I saw an older gentleman roll his eyes and leave the other day when told he had to go elsewhere to put money on the table.
